4 QWAS connected to Dashboard not working

Hi All,

I am using 4 QWAS services to fetch data in dashboard from Webi.

when I run dashboard from app it works fine.
but I am unable to upload it on server.
my dashboard get crash directly.

If I use 2 or 3 QWAS it gets upload on server.
please let me know how to solve this..!

when you say its working fine with local machine, Is that same version of dashboard u r using on local machine as well as on BI platform?

Did you try with creating fresh connection?

is that throws any error while exporting to BI platform?

Can you provide some screen shot of your connection settings if possible?

Yes I tried creating new connection. even changed environment as well.
2-3 QWAS works fine and 4 qwas creates error.

local machine I mean. I am trying to run that from application only(Desktop application) by selecting preview. but when I try to select "Save to platform as" and try to save it on server location it throws.

This is because of the complexity. If you are using a lot of formulae you might get this error.
Also check the number of of rows being retrieved. But mostly due to formula.

Hi,

what version of dashboard you are using?

have you installed live office?

Using 4 or 5 connections might not be the reason for dashboard getting crushed. whenever you export the dashboard plz make sure you dont have any opened excel file in desktop.

I dont have any excel file open.
and Live office is also not installed.

Dashboard version is 6.0.7.0

Even after crashing, every time I need to go to task manager and kill excel process.

I really need help, I am stuck.
