Error in FIORI LAUNCHPAD Designer

Hi Team,

We are in the final phase of configuring the FIORI launchpad but we are facing very strange issue as mentioned below :

     1.We have imported the TR related to FIORI Launchpad from DEV to QAS

     2. Also we have the latest SAP UI Library ie. 1.28.17

     3. As per SAP , we have also applied required SAP Note : 2159897.

Today morning , we started with the FIORI Launchpad Designer  we were able to see SAP standard catalogs and groups. We created one new catalog and 1 group , after that we are not at able to see the SAP standard catalogs and groups. Don't know why this is happening.

In Morning it was working for us and suddenly after creating one catalog and group we are not able to see any SAP standard Catalog and Groups.

We have below observations after comparing DEV and QAS Launchpad Designer URL , please see if any one could help us on this as this is kind of a showstopper for us.

As you can see, For QAS : the URL is directed to the FIORI Catalog that was ceated as compared to DEV where the URL is directed to SAP_MM_BC_BUYER_X1

Also im not able to see the SAP_MM_BC_BUYER_X1 content and all other Content Regarding the PR and PO App.

In the above screen shot, we were not able to launch the launchpad designer properly for QAS, which was working perfectly fine.

i'm able to launch the theme designer, while building the theme i'm able to see the Buyer Content but the tiles are showing as " Could not load tiles"

     4. We have checked the IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE which is absolutely fine.

     5. We have activated the SICF services.

     6. We have assigned the roles as per the link given below

Can anybody help us as to what went wrong and why i'm not able to see the catalog

Hi Xherdan;

Have you checked the browser console (chrome developer tool -  F12) for any errors.
