BDoc validation error

We are trying to replicate the BP from CRM to ECC and I see that there are quite a lot of BDoc messages in the error status. The below are the details of the error that we are having:

Error: Partner xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx): the following errors occurred

Warning: Partner data processed with key PartnerGUID 4C03874EA4DC9257E1000000AC141574

Warning: Partner data processed with key PartnerID xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Error: Business partner with GUID 4C03874EA4DC9257E1000000AC141574 does not exist

Error: Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.

Please let me know what should I do to fix this. Appreciate your help.

    Dear Sai,

In general, bdoc error R11124 happens because there is no counterpart CRM BP mapping to the BP in ERP. Normally when you create a BP in ERP, the corresponding CRM BP will be created automatically. Sometimes however this process can fail for various reasons and the BP does not created in CRM. Later during a delta load, the BP cannot be found in CRM and so the error is raised.

Please refer to SAP KBA 1859605 for more details. To resolve the issue, you could execute the request load in R3AR4. If there is no other errors, the BP should be downloaded successfully into CRM.

    Hope it helps.

    Best regards,

      Hello Sai,

You could define a request load in t-code R3AR2 with adapter object BUPA_MAIN and in "request detail" you can involve all the affected BP. I take a screenshot for you.

After that, go to t-code R3AR4 and choose the destination from CRM to ECC.

      Then run the request load.

You could monitor the load process in R3AR3.

As an easier way, you can send the bp data by t-code CRMM_BUPA_MAP, and press "send bp data" button.

      Hope it helps.

      Best regards,

      Julin Xin
