SuccessFactors DTD files for 1508 release

Hello all,

I just downloaded SuccessFactors DTD zip files (1508 release) from SAP Service Marketplace.

When I checked each file, I found out the contents were not the DTD codes but they were SVN log entries of that DTD file.

I wonder if there were changes that I did not aware of for DTD distribution or there was something wrong with the way those files were produced and distributed.

The DTD zip file that is in SAP Marketplace does not contain the correct DTD's.

There are also DTDs shared in Partner Portal from 30th September but alas they are not correct.

As stated by original post, they do not contain the DTD codes but some entry of file logs.

This is the error you get for example in the GM DTD file from Marketplace.

It would be great if we as partner implementors could get the correct versions from SAP.

What is more alarming is that I am assuming since many consultants globally have not all voiced this issue, then it could only mean that many consultants work without DTD and validation.......not best practice.....

DTDs are within SuccessFactors and these are just for reference.

Does this mean we might not get the real DTD files for validating custom XML files?

The SVN log entries are really not the thing I expected, this was surprise : ]

Check the Partner Portal, although the correct files should've been put on SAP Service Marketplace.
