Dear experts,
as possible, for examplte, for tickets coming from sms to assign ticket type, i am not able to assign a ticket type based on the social media channel from where the tickets comes.
So, is possible, if yes how, to assign a Ticket type to a ticket coming from a specific social channel?

Assigning a ticket type by social media channel is currently not possible.
We have it on our backlog and plan to deliver it with one of our future releases.
