Incorrect IRT Exceeded

Good day All,

We are in a process of configuring ITSM SLA Notification and we have picked up that on saving the incident,the IRT automatically goes to a 200% ( exceeded IRT ) instead of counting from Zero%.

    Hi Modise,

    Can you post a print from DATES frame? Seems that the IRT time is not configured, looks like the IRT time starts to count from 00:00:00 10/09/2015, and 200% correspond to 08:30 IRT( 00:00 to 08:30 100%) time,  plus 8:30-17:58 (200%).
