Hello, dear Experts.

We can post journals only in web in BPC 10.1. So i have several questions about it:

1. In the Journal List we can see only 30 journals. What we can do to see more Journals?

2. How we can see in which journal data was changed? I.e. Can i create epm-reports with ID of JRN? If I can't, what functionality I can use to find in which journal data was changed?

Best regargds,

Olga.

Hi Olga,

"2. How we can see in which journal data was changed? I.e. Can i create epm-reports with ID of JRN? If I can't, what functionality I can use to find in which journal data was changed?" - What do you mean by "changed"?

Any journal after posting can be unposted then changed then posted again...!

If you want to audit data changes - enable data audit!

Vadim, thank you!

I hoped I can make some reports in Excel for user where they can see in which journal they changed data (only posted journal).

I understood that the right way to do this is create for each journal Audit, but I hoped I can find way to include ID of JRN to report.

Best Regards,

Olga.

Sorry, but what do you mean by "in which journal they changed data"????

Data audit is enabled for the model... Please read at least help... Data Auditing - SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, version for SAP NetWeaver - SAP Library

Hi Olga,

there is no standard EPM formula that will show a journal ID in an Excel based report.
