Can anybody advice whether availability check is mandatory for Make To Stock Scenario ?

Before giving some feedback to your query, do you know what for this availability check would function from SD point of view?  Also, it would be more ideal if you try in your system after changing the schedule line category and proceed with posting goods issue.  Update here, how system is working.

ps:-  Being a new member of SCN, you may not be aware of SCN rules which you can find to your right screen once you logged in.  Please go through that before posting further queries

Hello Lakshmipathy ,

I am quite aware that the availability check will happen based on the schedule line category of the item  whether applicable to av. check and TOR also.  I am doubtful for MTS scenario. I will try in system anyway. Will check the rules as specified.
