C4C - How to sucess send notification mail

Hi experts,

My customer have two envirement - DEV & PRD.

On PRD system. Create the task trigger notification, then system send mail to user mail address.

On DEV system is not.

I don't setting any parameter.

Scope - Scoping - Service

Entitement management, Customer Care, Employee Support.

I have not checked any options(As shown below)

Administrator Service and Social Settings , then under Communication Channels, click E-Mail Addresses is no records

When

1. Go to Business Configuration Implementation Projects .

2. Select your project and click Open Activity List .

3. Select the Fine-Tune tab.

4. Go to the E-Mail and Fax Settings activity.

5. Select E-Mail and Fax Settings.

Now DEV Test Error, But PRD Test success.

When the environment was built, I did not make any additional settings.

So I do not understand why there are differences between the two environments

    Hello Daniel,

    I hope you are fine.

    I have noticed that maybe the cause of your issue is that is missing the mail address requested to test tenants in “E-mail and Fax Settings”.

    Please see my attachment.

    When using test tenant you can check the option “Send all e-mails to this address” to avoid sending test emails for real people.

    Please try use your e-mail there. If it does not work, please raise an incident with your scenario.

    Hi Daniel,

    I am sorry to hi-jack this thread, but I was not able to reply/ask a question on an archived item.

    I saw your post related to the archived item below, could you let me know whether you were able to achieve this requirement. We have a similar requirement for one of the custom BO's we built and it would be really helpful if you could share your experience on the same.
