SAP LSO: e-Learnins (WBT) does not start anymore.

After Installation of the SAP LSO customer influence package for SAP LSO above it is not possible to start eLearning anymore. If I press the button to start a eLearning nothing happens. If I start the LSO Training portal standalone ( without Enterprise portal ) the elearnings starts without any problem.

Can anybody help on this topic?

Please make sure that note

2522441 - Renovated Learner Portal: Web based trainings are not launched' is applied to your system.

If the issue still persists run the LMS config check as per KBA 2442369 and also follow the instructions provided in KBA 2462735
