Billing doc status in NLCC replenishment delivery

Hi

This is an issue with billing docs status on replenishment deliveries (NLCC type) that were already completed for intercompany billing (IV).

The replenishment deliveries that were previously set to completed status is now showing as "being processed". These deliveries were billed for intercompany billing years ago, and suddenly they started popping up in VF04 (Billing due list). The header level billing docs status (FKSTK) is now showing as "A - Not yet processed".These deliveries were created from intercompany PO's and they are relevant only for intercompany billing. The intercompany billing status FKIVK remains unchanged (set to C), as IV billing documents exist as completed. It is only the billing docs status (FKSTK) has changed from "Not relevant" to "A - Not yet processed", which is why the old deliveries now appear in VF04.

Configuration remains unchanged with the item category set for billing relevance - D.

I tried running VL_COMPLETE and RVDELSTA, but it corrects only the old deliveries, and it does not fix the issue for new replenishment deliveries. When I created a new replenishment delivery and after completing PGI, the FKSTK status shows "not relevant" and FKIVK status shows "A - not yet processed". This is correct.

But as soon as intercompany billing (IV) is completed, the FKSTK status changed to "A - not yet processed" and FKIVK status to "C - completed". This is incorrect.

Appreciate your valuable inputs. Thank you!

A long shot maybe, but did you change recently some coding in a user exit for billing that changes the standard behaviour of billing due index or did somebody try to reorganize the index manually?

Check notes 128947 and 386370 - they might help you find the root cause of this behaviour.

Edit: I assume that you use NLCC for the standard intercompany stock transfer process ->STO->outbound delivery->inbound delivery and bill NLCC with IV. It does not hurt to check if NLCC is used elsewhere.

By the way, out of curiosity - what happens if you try to bill NLCC again?
