Failed to connect to the OLAP Source. (Error:INF)

Hello All,

I get this error (Failed to connect to the OLAP Source.  (Error:INF)) when trying to run a Webi report or schedule in production that has not been ran in a while.  Any idea on how to resolve this issue?

System is BO 4.1, BICS Connection (Bex), BW 7.31.

HI

check if connection is working or not?might be username password is not correct.
