Error implementing OSS note 2209624

Hello, we are trying to implement OSS note 2209624. 

We are having problems with the pre-manual steps on view J_1BATL2V step 9 adding field CENQIN_TXT .

When we get to the step to add J_1BTCENQT-DESCRIPTION to the fields tab, we receive the following error:

Field J_1BTCENQT-DESCRIPTION does not belong to a base table

  Message No. MC758

Hi,

check in view tabstrip "table/join conditions" if table J_1BTCENQT is in tables collection.

Hi, Michael!

I'm facing the same problem... When I try to enter the table J_1BTCENQT using the "relationship" button, my table appears under "Relationships with unsuitable cardinality".

What should I do?

insert table without using relationsship button and apply join conditions manually.

But I can't do that.. When I press "+" button to add a table manually, I get the following message: "

Tables in the maintenance view have to be linked with foreign key".

My mistake - doesn't work in a maintenance view in such a way.

Please check if you have marked the correct header-table for relationship before press "relationship" button.

Well, I marked the header table J_1BTCENQ and wanted to add the text table J_1BTCENQT:

Please check in SE11 table J_1BTCENQ if table J_1BTCENQT has been assigned as text table.

In SE11 Menu GoTo->Text Table. Table J_1BTCENQT will be shown if settings are fine.

It was NOT assigned as a text table! I performed the changes necessary and now it is.. I could assign the table in the view also!
