Hi,
When I set 'reason for rejection' in sale order item level, all the subsequent transactions are not allowed for the respective item in standard SAP. I need similar restrictions at header level.
Example: I have created sale order with header 'delivery block' set. After, when I run MRP, I do not want the sale order requirements to generate purchase requisition or planned order. How to acieve this? Can somebody suggest relevant user exit?
Thanks,
Ranjith
use a delivery block reason with confirmation block ticked.

We already checked the 'confirmation' field but this only stops creating the PR in sale order schedule lines. There are PR's and planned orders create as a result of MRP run which doesn't stop. I need to fix them.
I understand that standard SAP doesn't support it. We need to custom develop it. Any idea on relevant user exit / BAdI?
Once I put the 'delivery block' at sale order header level, system stop generate the PR at schedule line. This is part of standard SAP and it is working fine.
There are also other ways PR and planned order generates in the system. Example: Through MRP running. My requirement is if a sale order has 'delivery block' set at header level then even after running MRP I do not want system to generate PR or planned order.
Let me know if not clear.
Hello Ranjith,
I believe putting delivery block at header level systme does not stop PR creating at schedule line level in standard SAP. and to achieve it we have to maintain requirement in TOR.
In my last project we had same functionality while creating the order process systme put delivery block at header level and untill unless we remove the delivery block from sales order systme does not generate PR at schedule line level.
Thanks,
