Hi,

FMJ2 is a normal carry-forward for open documents. FMJ0 is treating documents, where open amount is equal to zero. Sometimes, it's essential to carry-forward some of those documents due to internal settings defined for specific client's needs. For example, you use pre-commitments and commitments and commitments are adapting the address from pre-commitment. In this case, if you have fully consumed pre-commitment and carry-forward only open commitment, this might create an issue if FM assignment is changed with year-end exercise. Hence, you are obliged to carry-forward also the pre-commitment even if it's fully consumed.

Regards,

Eli

FMJ2 - yes (though, even this under most common practice), FMJ0 - potentially.

Hello,

But in case of FMJ2, what we have observed is that after a PO is trasnferred, quite a few times when we again run FMJ2, it is again available for transfer.

What could be reason for the PO getting available for transfer in FMJ2

It's impossible. Then, you have a problem in your settings/data.

Not all PO are so available. But there are some POs which are so available.

What probably could be the reason?or where shud i have a look.

You should analyse your FMIOI data after the carry-forward for 'problematic' POs.

Hello,

Is there any config setting for FMJ2 for POs which influence the carry forward.
