Nota Fiscal rejection status code 388

Hi Experts,

Up till July 2015, our client has been raising Nota Fiscal Documents with Tax Situation nontaxable (CST 02) and Legal Class Codes of 999. This was authorized by the Brazillian NFE system. Recently, we have been getting rejection notices for the same data in the test systems, with a status code of 388. As per the validation rule document, we can see that 388 ruleset is rejecting base on the rules below:

Check compatibility between the IPI CST and the Code of

Legal Framework ( cEnq ) , according to the rules below:

- CST exemption and incompatible Framework Code

( CST = 02 , 52 and cEnq out of range [ 301, 399 ] )

- CST immunity and incompatible Framework Code

( CST = 04 , 54 and cEnq out of range [ 001, 099 ] )

- CST suspension and incompatible Framework Code

( CST = 05 , 55 and cEnq out of range [ 101, 199 ] )

Can someone please validate when this actual rule was put in place on the Brazillian NFE system and what we should do to resolve this?
