SAP Fiori apps for ERP HCM employee - missing launchpad catalog and groups

Hi,

I'm trying to install HCM Fiori apps. Let's take My Leave Requests (Version 2) ( https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F1311') )

UIHR001 SP3 is installed on frontend server. I can launch the applications by using direct links.
PFCG role SAP_HR_BCR_EMPLOYEE_T is available. If I go to Launchpad Designer I don't see neither the SAP_HR_BC_EMPLOYEE_T catalog nor SAP_HR_BCG_EMPLOYEE_T group.

UIHR001  role in LPD_CUST is also there. It's only the Designer content which is mising. Any ideas?

Please make sure that the user is having following authorizations.

S_Develop, S_PB_CHIP and /UI2/CHIP

Seems that running /UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES fixed the problem
