We have a packet of 12 reports. 3 of them now try and print in color and are formatted so badly you can't read them. Text size is like 1" and rows overlapping now. We didn't change anything with our reports . The only thing that changed was windows did a update last week. Nothing major but it looks like something with driver or something isn't right. Unknown as to what is the problem because the other 9 reports print out fine. Here's what weird! If I print the reports to say dopdf or something like that then open adobe or a pdf viewer and print them they come out fine! Please help cause its really effecting our production as we process our jobs. It was nice and clean and efficient but now we have to jump through hoops to get good reports. I am running windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393 and we print to a Xerox Workcentre 7232. WE had no issue until our pc's update last week. Also have noticed that a pc thats not online that didn't have updates last week prints them perfectly. PLEASE HELP !!!!!
Reports are run from cabinet vision and yes a solution has been found. Some reports would come out good and 3 would have all kinds of formatting issues. Re-installing the printer driver did nothing. We found out later that the Xerox we have and windows 10 tried to install the most up to date driver. As did I. But when the old legacy driver was used the problem went away. I was not a crystal reports problem directly bu thanks for the reposnses.....

Need more details about Crystal Reports you are using or possibly an application doing the printing?
