Dear Experts,

Here we have a scenario where when we assign a service order to an executive service employee in the item level , we need to block the calendar of the employee for the dates and time determined through config.

is there any STD AP available to achieve this.

I think it is possible to do with item level actions.

You can schedule an action for the item, to create an appointment for the employee.
