Dear All,
Over time is not calculating. Through cat3 and CAT6 , we have updated over time entries, entries are getting updated in 2010 info type. But payroll is not calculating this over time hours and employee is not getting paid for OT hours.
Can any one help me on this, what would be the reason?
Thanks,
Ramkumar
Hi,
for 9th period ,payroll is not considering 2010 info type entries,(on 04.10.2015 we updated 2010 info type) this issue is not because of payslip, First of all payroll is not considering 2010 entries for the period 09.2015
wen i am running payroll simulation run, it is considering,
for this offcycle run, it is not considering...i could nt able to understand, where system is missing this logic,
my doubt is ,user may have updated after payroll. i.e. on 04.10.2015
any idea ?
please help me on this .
Thanks,
Ram kumar

Hi Ram,
You are saying if you are executing simulation then system is capturing and other hand saying on the payroll period of 9th it's not considering.
In the offcycle log in the schema there have not any logic regarding IT2010 as per my knowledge.
In the regular payroll run if it's not considering then in the payroll log go to function IT2010 with PCR X934 (could be customized for your client ) and check it's input table details. Wage type is there for this period.
If it's there then check the processing of the wage type in the PCR. If it's not processing then check where it's getting stuck.
Or share the screenshot of that.

Dear experts,
in continuation to previous discussion,
04.10.2015, user has updated cats time sheet , over time entries has been stored in 2010 info type.
04.10.2015 , he has run off cycle regular payroll, because employee was going on same date on leave,so they have taken this off cycle action.(i have noticed earlier off cycle reasons over time hours had updated in payroll system-so no issues with off cycle payroll run to 2010 entries)
system is not considering these OT hours.
This might be due to this,
after payroll run ,user might be updated cats 6.O(2010 entries updated date as on 04.10.2015)
(How to prove this-is there any option to find 2010 info type record updated time period, not date. date we can find)
Note:
Now i am running simulation payroll in PRD system using Regular payroll driver for the month 09-2015, system is showing over time hours.(P2010 function is reading the 2010 entries-for the period -09.2015)
Off cycle , we can not do simulation run , so it will be tough for me to re run.
let us assume, he has updated after offcycle payroll run, then system should show these over time hours in october period , october payment also done for 8 days. In october month also system is not showing any over time hours.
Please suggest on this issue.
attached screen shot for reference
Through pc00_m99_calc_simulation
for the period: 01.09.2015-31.09.2015
Through puoc_99
01.09.2015-30.09.2015

Hi,
In offcycle payroll run are you updating IT267 for the same. I think yes.
From 1st screenshot it's clearly understandable that the payroll has been run for the employee and updated the cluster.
Could you share the cluster RT table display for this employee off cycle payroll run on 04.10.2015.
If payment has been done but only hours it's not showing in the payslip then it could be rectified in tcode PE51 payslip configuration part.

Function P2010 in subschema XT00 calls a PCR X934. The pcr may have been customized in your installation. This should evaluate the w/ts entered in IT 2010.
Run payroll with log. Display the pcr log. Check where the problem is. It could be in the valuation basis for the w/t (in V_512W_B, WPBP splits. There could be any reason causing such issue.
I'd suggest finding all possible causes before posting an issue.
