POP configuration for O365

Hello,

I am using POP o365 in one of the scenario to pick the mails from o365 server.

Telnet is working fine and FW rules placed for all the subnet IP's.

But getting connection time out error in the channel logs.

Error: exception caught during processing mail message; java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out :Connect

Suggest the issue is from PIP middle ware system or in o365 server setting side.

Hi Satish,

Please make sure you have imported required SSL certificate in NWA.

Furthermore, you can check in more details using XPI_Inspector.

Hi Satish,

DId you try to test this with XPI Inspector? The audit logs don't contain as much detail as an XPI Inspector trace so try to resend a message while capturing it with the tool.
