Could you please brief me steps for Duel reporting ?
I have seen many posts that it should be done through matrix structure and should be use dotted lines relationship 088 .

I have seen what Venkat suggested. The links provide enough info for you to configure and maintain the structure.
Notes:
1. For example, a project manager may be managing a team for a particular project which has a certain time boundary - this would be a project matrix or team matrix.
A resource manager would have Product Matrix or Matrix in Connection with Legally Autonomous Units.
2. If you create new object type or otherwise also, you need to configure the reporting relationships.
3. You need to determine what happens to existing OU's, positions, etc. These may be delimited as of change date bu should not be deleted.
3. All configuration and any report development including SQL queries, graphical structure management, creation or change of objects, etc need to be tested enough in a trial version in PD before you make it a production version.
4. Change management is a significant part of the effort.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, NOTHING CAN BE TAKEN FOR GRANTED.
Matrix management means reporting to more than one manager for different purposes.
Examples: Project manager manages the employees performing different roles or tasks in a project. The employees have also a different line of reporting for their career development. The relationship types are different.
