Assosiated Object in WorkList of the Dealer is empty

Hi Everyone,

   We have upgraded our CRM System to from CRM 7.0 to cRM 7  EHP3 . Before upgradation all Work flows were working fine. But after upgradation when I create a breakdown service and distribute to a dealer, it is getting displayed in Dealer's WorkFlow Tasks but Assosiated Object is empty(No object is assosiated). Generally Break down concern number will get displayed and if we click that we can navigate to that page. I am very new to Work Flows. Please suggest me how to proceed to resolve this issue.

Hi Priyanka,

Can you please check if the code is breaking in the standard code or some where in custom coding. Based on that, you can decide if you need to raise a OSS or not. You can also search the SAP Service Market Place.

  I raised this issue to SAP . They  concluded it is due to enhancements. But I am not sure where I need to check this. Should we check any configuration settings in SPRO? Please suggest.

Hi Priyanka,

As per my understanding, it seemed that there might be some enhancements which is getting triggered. Can you check if there are any specific BadI Implementations done, or Implicit or explicit enhancements.

It would be great, if you can check with the Functional owner regarding the functionality and if there are any kind of custom functionality implemented with the help of BadI's or enhancements.

Can you let me know the component name ?
