Hi All,
We have a requirement to integrate SAP system with success factors.
We can use web services to integrate with 3rd party systems. I need connectivity steps to connect SAP system with success factors.
Thanks & Regards.

Hi Vishnu,
AFAIK, PI. HCI are the middle wares through which we can integrate.
Refer below links where the discussion happened on the integration between the two.

you can use your existing system (PI) to integrate HCM and SFSF.
it does not make any sense to go for HCI or DELL boomi. this is my opinion.
coming to connection point, you have two adapters in PI. you can connect to Successfactor using soap adapter(axis protocol) and SFSF adapters.
for soap axis adapter, we have delivered content. so no need to create any proxies.(emp, recruiting, compensation, etc)
for SFSF we have to create proxy coding as there is no delivered content. this was on road map, you can check with SAP if there is any delivered content for SFSF adapter.
one more thing to note, we can not integrate all modules with soap adapter, for example, WFA(work force analytics) does not have any soap or rest service. so you have to use SFTP adapter to send the files to Succesfactors file server. and onbording has some services are in rest. you need to use SFSF adapter when you go for oboarding.

Hello Vishnu,
SAP already delivers Add-On with standard content for SAP HCM and SAP PI/PO which can be used to fulfil many scenarios for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration. Please check it first at https://service.sap.com/instguides > SAP Business Suite Applications > SAP ERP Add-Ons > Integration Add-On for SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors. If you don't find the required scenario in the referred documentation and in the Add-On, then it makes sense to go ahead with the custom solution (for example, using SuccessFactors adapter mentioned in previous posts) - otherwise, it is strongly recommended to install and use the HCM/SuccessFactors Integration Add-On.
Regards,
Vadim
