Hi,

Does CTS+ support movement of non EP non PO/PI/XI artifacts across SAP Landscape? We want to use CTS+ for other non SAP systems too.

Hello,

After reading your description, it is not clear to me what system types you want to use CTS+ with.

Could you please be more specific?

Best regards,

Hi,

Please allow me to rephrase my question. Which other systems apart from SAP EP and SAP XI/PI/PO can use CTS+ to transport artifacts across the landscape?

I apologize for the delay in response.

Hi Amardeep,

I think IBM Webspehere and Tomcat are not supported by CTS+ as per my understanding and didn't came across such integration in CTS+ till now.

You can refer the below links for which type of objectsare supported.

https://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/45/ec25370fdc3481e10000000a1553f6/frameset.htm

Also if IBM webspehere supports the close coupling of objects then it can be configured.. but cant confirm on same you may want to raise a sap ticket for this. and all depends on Vendor support.

Do refer below for reference.

Also do close the thread if the queries are answered

Correct -first CTS+ is an open framework (as e.g. described in SCN guide http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-16167 -'Implement CTS+ for Your Application'), second it is (thus) not about 'does CTS+ support application/content type xyz' but 'does application/content type xyz support CTS+' (question of 'vendor support'...).

If that will ever happen for Websphere/Tomcat/IIS I cannot comment on (as not being part of any of the involved companies).

[Actually that also means -as long as it is not an SAP product- that a ticket raised to SAP will not help...]
