Afaria issue with Windows System

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue on Afaria  7 with Windows System.

I am able to connect successfully to Afaria server  from Windows 7 Client.

But I am not able to see USER Column info on Device Activity View.

Please check the Screenshot attached.

Note:For Android it is working

Kindly Please suggest the solution.

Hello,

the first Windows Entry in the Device View is the Afaria Client on the Afaria Server itself.

This Entry has no User value.

All other Windows Machines should have a user value.

But whatscreenshot I have shared is not the SERVER.

I am not getting any of the Windows system USER.

Hi Kumar,

To get current user logged in you need to make sure you have inventory channel assigned to group this windows machine is a member off.  You need to create a custom view and add  Login name.

There are few other data element you may add but login name I suspect is what you are looking for.

I did as the steps suggested by you.

But I am getting the User field is Empty.

NOTE: Able to see the value in SQL SERVER DB.
