Editing Financial Reports on SAP Business One 9.1

Experts,

I have read in another thread that: "Most of financial report field are hard coded. It is not easy to find correct system variable to add into the report."

Is it true that I have to build Financial statements from scratch if I want to modify the Balance Sheet or P&L System Crystal reports?

When I looked into this I saw that the fields were named F_187, so I assume that this was copied directly from PLD. Which makes it hard to make changes...

Any advice will be welcome,

Hi

in the SAP portal there was a tool to convert PLD into Crystal Report.

You can search it, download, modify your financial report with PLD editor and convert into Crystal after changes.

Yes it true if you modify PLD financial reports. Better by using crystal reports.

You can search sap note for general ledger variable in SAP Business One customer portal.
