upgrade project....alert handling

good day,

we are upgrading our sap pi system from sap pi7.1 to sap pi7.4 version.

we have created alerts configuration in solution manager and we have created alert rules in rwb in sap pi7.1 version.

can we do same in sap pi7.4 version, I mean can we use same solution manger alert configuration and create alert rules in pi7.4 version.

or we have to use only alerts that are created in SAP PI7.4.

please advice.

In PI single stack version, we have component based message alerting mechanism.

Yes, you can do this mechanism with solution manager.
