Hi,

I hope to understand you right. Because, transaction PA10 was made to display personnel files. Not to create.

Ok, there is a step in the IMG (transaction SPRO). You have to use PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT / PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION / BASIC SETTINGS / MAINTAIN NUMBER RANGE INTERVALS FOR PERSONNEL NUMBERS.

You have two basic options:

Internal number assignment

In this case, the SAP System assigns the personnel numbers.

External number assignment

In this case, the user assigns the personnel numbers.
