Function Module(FM) not working appropriately in Data Services 4.2

Hello Team,

I have come across a weird behavior about a FM in DS 4.2.

Scenario:

I am using <XYZ FM> from CRM. When I imported this FM into DS 3.2 I got all the necessary input and output parameters associated with it.

Similarly, when I imported this FM into DS 4.2 I got only one input parameter called LINE( whereas there are 55 attb. in this FM) and this parameter is not even part of it.

I have tried deleting & re-importing the FM. However, this is not the case with other FM's.

Can you please tell me:

1. How can we get all these fields of the FM in DS 4.2 ?

2. Are there any new settings to be made in the newer version for the Nested Schema like FM's ?

Please suggest your valuable comments on this.

To close the thread:

Actually it was a CRM code issue where the FM was implemented. Debugged and got it solved.

Are you sure your CRM version is supported by DS 4.2?

PAM says CRM 2007 (6.0) or CRM 7.0, with SAP GUI Client 6.20 or higher (Windows).

Yes, our current CRM version is 7.0 and SAP GUI CLIENT version is higher than 6.20.

One more thing: are there any limitations to the number of fields in a FM ?

Why would there be a limit now and not before?

I'd contact SAP support.
