I hope that you are using Front-End Restore .. Please try to Restore using Back-End By placing your ZIP file in the AL11 Application server..

Hello Ram,
Please make sure the Environment is completely removed, use program UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT to delete the appset. For more details, please refer to "SAP Note 1865677:"Error occurred while creating dimension XXX via Admin API" when restoring the application set/environment via UJBR - BPC 10NW"
Please also make sure your user has all the authorizations that the BPC_ADMIN user has.
