Dear Experts,
Thank you in advance for sparing time to go through the issue.
Issue details : Suddenly the EAM Log Syn Job started taking long time for ECC system, after a day it started getting cancelled. So after consultation with SAP, Notes mentioned below were applied in ECC system
1962440 - GRC EAM - Change Log Collection Performance Enhancement
1976361 - GRC EAM: Performance Issue in retrieving Security Audit Log (SM20)
Although with this, the Log Sync job has started running fine, the workflow is still not working, none of the controllers are getting logs.
All rest of systems, CRM, BIW etc are working fine, issue is only with ECC.
Here are system details
GRC System : GRC 10.0 SP12
ECC system - ECC 6.0 SP10
When I check the SLG1 in GRC sytem, I get the below message only for ECC sytem .
Could this be issue for Workflow not being triggered? Could you please provide your thoughts on the fix for the workflow issue

As per the error,it is showing issue with memory parameters
check the below SAP KBA and maintain the parameters
2029021 - In Consolidated log report TSV_NEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED error is coming

I did check with Basis for this part, however, they have confirmed that the memory related parameters are fine and there is enough space.
Also, I can see the table GRACFFLOG, GRACACTUASGE are getting the right data. The issue is only for ECC system where workflow is not getting triggered since few weeks.

1836769 - Log Approval Workflow not working - GRC Access Control
if not solved
1.additionally check SWI1 for any additional information.
2.check sender details and authorizations
SPRO=>GRC=>General Settings=>Workflow=>MaintCustNotificationMessages
