Unable to update condition in PIR using FM/BAPI

I am using ME_UPDATE_INFORECORD to change PIR including dates. However , the changes do not reflect in Conditions. I tried using ME_UPDATE_INFORECORD_COND and BAPI_PRICES_CONDITIONS. But doesnt help my case.

If anyone has solution to this problem please share.
