PI01 Access sequence

Hello,

As you all are aware, the key combination available in standard access sequence PI01 is Sales Org/Plant/Material. My requirement is to add another key combination which is only at the Material level and not at Plant/Material level. In my test environment I have added this new key combination but I am facing an issue. When I maintain PI01 at Material level and create Sales Order then PI01 is correctly copied in Sales Order and Billing document. But when I create intercompany billing document (IV) then IV01 is not getting picked.

When I maintain PI01 at Plant/Material level then IV01 is getting copied in IV billing document.

My understanding is that PI01 is reference condition type for IV01 so if I maintain PI01 then IV01 should automatically appear in IV billing document. This is happening if I use the key combination available in standard PI01 access sequence but when I add a new table (material - standard) in access sequence then I am getting an issue with IV01.

Can somebody please enlighten me what am I missing here. Would really appreciate your help.

Karan,

It should work! As Sumeet suggested, check analysis in tab Conditions, in IV bill. Also redetermine pricing by clicking on update button and choosing G.

The same access sequence PI01 is used by both PI01 and IV01, so if it works for PI01, it should also work for IV01.
