Only some FF users are not appearing in search for assignment to FF ids

HI All,

Although all my FF users have same auth., assigned, and Rep. sync job run, why only some are appearing for assignment to FF ids. How do i make the remaining appear

Check if missing users has access to object GRFN_USER with Activity 16.

Pls try to run the Rep Obj Sync job with the Check box selected "Sync future dated assignments", this should solve the missing ids.

What SP are you on?  As I recall, older SPs of 10.0 require that the Firefighter end users actually have the Firefighter Identifier role assigned as well (same role that the Firefighter IDs need to be picked up by the system).  This requirement was removed in later SPs.

Check to see if that role is assigned to the users who are showing up.

    What do you mean FF Users? Does it mean the users about to use FFIDs? If so please share the Roles you have assigned them?
