BEx analyzer - error occurred while importing this file

Dear all,

   We have recently upgraded our backend system to 7.4 SP10 and our frontend to 7.4 PL200. Our users use CITRIX to open the applications, and since the upgrade, we are getting the following error message:

   When you click on "Display messages" the following error is displayed:

   If you try for example go on "Design Mode" then you see the following, and when trying to add any component, you always get a message like the one displayed above.

   We have tried to identify the root cause of the error. So far, the error seems to appear only with SAP standard images (like sort.gif, expanded.gif...), as we have tested with workbooks that include some other images and they are displayed fine. It is also not happening all the time, rather randomnly, on the same CITRIX server.

    Did anyone experience the same thing? Do you have any idea or suggestion that could help us?

thanks all for your replies, we finally discovered the root cause of this problem. It was a missconfiguration of the CITRIX servers.

   thanks for your answers, but those are quite old topics and they are something that we already tried. Did someone else experienced this problem with the new 7.4 PL200 GUI and frontend ?

Hi,

Can you please uninstall patch level which you applied to SAP GUI for Windows 7.40 and the patch level which you applied to BI 7.0 ADDON FOR SAP GUI 7.40 and reinstall it again and check whether it helps you.

Can you please apply latest patch of SAP GUI for Windows 7.40 and latest patch for

BI 7.0 ADDON FOR SAP GUI 7.40 and check whether it helps you.
