Valuation indirect

Hello All

Currently in T539J we have list of wage type mapped for indirect valuation

Now user wants to valuate a wage type 1001 (30%) difffrently based on basic pay for a Personnel Area alone.

Please let me know whether is it possible to valutae diffenetly the WT 1001 for a PA alsone.

Others PAs also using the same wage type?

My doubt is

Can we valuate the same WT different for other PAs

Or do we need to create seperate WT (Instead of 1001) for that PA to create complete structure (T539A).

Regards

SK

    Hi,

    Is your like this that you would like to check that employee is getting 30% based upon PA or not.

    Or your requirement that further calculate another wage type based upon 1001 as 30% based upon PA.

    Please clarify. You can   achieve it through PCR, only can suggest detail about PCR once get to know the requirement clearly.

      Hi,

      Insert the below PCR just after X013 pcr in the time subschema in the payroll schema with PIT function.

      In this PCR you will check that employee is from which PA and then check WT 1001 amount and then modify it's amount based upon WT1000 value.

      ZTST

      3

        ****

              ADDWT *

        1001

              OUTWPPLANT

                ****

                  ADDWT *

                2500

                   ZERO= A

                   AMT=  1000

                   AMT*0.50

                   ADDWT 1001

      Check and let me know.

    Hi,

    As per my knowledge, in table "V_T539J" based on wage type only we can get indirect valuation amounts.

    But in your case you want to indirect valuation based on "PA" but this can't be achieve through this table.

    For this you need to create new wage type and same wage type you need to give permissibility for the respective "PA".

    In the PCR where the wage type is getting valuated, you'd need to check for w/t and use a different percentage, in this case it would be better to get the percentage from say V_T511K, instead of hard coding in the PCR.

    Or, as you suggested, use a different w/t.
