ATP change avalaibility check data

Former Member

Dear gurus,

i need to change avalability check for some component during ATP check of planned order or production order.

For example i have "02" in MARC-MTVFP ( avalability check)  and during ATP check of planned order i need to swich to KP only for planned order, while for ATP in production order this component should be correct 02.

Is there a badi or exit to change data before ATP check ?

Thanks a lot

Hello,

KP means No check in that case no ATP will carried out. Why you need Checking Group for Availability Check as KP? Not sure why you would perform an ATP check against a planned order?

When you perform an availability check for a planned order in the check mode "planning check".

When the components are checked, the relevant checking group from the material master is taken into account.

If you dont do the ATP check for planned order it is same as KP.

Dear Ruphes,

i would like to check some component only in production order ATP and not consider them during the preliminary check in planned order.

For example:

Plannned order

Component 1     02

Component 2     02

Stock

Component 1     100 %

Component 2     80 %

Header result 80 % for planned order.

Component 2 in the planned order is not important for ATP check and if i don't change that to KP (or don't exclude it from ATP check) the global result of header planned order is influente affected by it (not 100)

I would like to by-pass the component 2 in order to have check only in the first component so that thre header result il 100 % .

But in the future when the planned order will begin production order the component 2 should be check with the master data value (02).

Is there any setting o badi/exit for do it?

Thanks a lot Ruphes , i don't know if i have described correclty my problem

Dear Daniele,

In "Define Scope of Check", you can exclude planned orders and only production orders to be checked.

I hope this will resolve your problem.

Hello Daniele,

I have no idea what is the business requirement to do this?

Anyway as I know there is no BAdi or exit available you may check FM BAPI_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY
