Universal Worklist (UWL) - document display

The UWL in its current form has an issue with viewing workflow documents. Document notifications from the SAP Bus Workplace will NOT be displayed in the UWL. The Notifications tab referred to in the UWL only refers to KM notifications.

I have a scenario where multiple SAP systems use the UWL for standard workflows, and hence I am limited in the display (ie I can't as standard) of documents.

Has anyone identified a configurable solution in the UWL to this problem? If not, has anyone undertaken a modification to display the documents? If so, could you pass on the detail to me at andrew.whitebrook@colesmyer.com.au, or via return post in this forum...thanks
