Beside SWPM package, you will need to download the database client media and the kernel media.
This should suffice to have a new dialog instance installed.

SWPM provide you with the option to install "additional application servers", which will then connect to the already installed ASCS instance / central instance. I think the only requirement would be to initialy pick the option "Distributed system".
