Adding custom attributes in realignment rule.

Hi Guys,

I have added 2 custom fields in Territory, those same fields I would like to populate in realignment rule.

the below are screen shots for reference.

here you can see Product Brand and Product Type are extension fields added.

The below is the Realignment rule window where I would like to add the above extension fields here. But I am unable adopt those fields here. I can only adapt the fields from account.

Could any body help how I can adapt the fields added in territory to realignment run/rule.

In the rule set you can add extension fields added to the customer general view to control the determination logic.

For performance reasons I suggest to keep the list of determination fields as low as possible.

Hi Bernd,

Thanks for the response and I agree what you are pointing.

But In my case I would like to adapt the fields from Territory not from the account. I am able to adapt the fields from account but not from the Territory. you look at the first screen shot for reference, product Brand and Product Type are additionally added, those are not available in the decision table configuration.

Hi Niranjan,

please note that the territory determination is assigning territories to an account based on the account criteria and not additional based on the the territory characteristics. Would be interesting to understand the use case behind your approach.
