How to hide tab in tabstrip in design studio

Dear Experts,

I have 4 tabs in a Tabstrip and each tab has a crosstab linked to it.

Now, I want to show/hide these crosstabs within these tabs on the click of a button?

When I tried the code for hide/show just for crosstabs without placing them in the Tabstrip, it worked, but when I placed the crosstab in the tabs, its not working?

Maybe you should share screen shots of how you are doing it to help you debug what is going on.
