Kapsel application in Windows Phone 8.1

Hi Experts,

I have developed a Kapsel application and added the platforms iOS, Android and Windows. I am using local database for storing the data offline as I have to do deep insert and offline store doesn't support deep insert. I used Apache Cordova openDatabase API to create the DB and do the sql transactions. But this method is not supported in Windows platform.

Is there any sqlite plugin which supports all the platforms?

Or is there a standard way for storing data offline (other than offline store) provided by SAP?
