Service Profile determination based on Organizational Unit

Hi there,

I am trying to setup Service Profile determination based on Organizational Unit, which gets automatically determined upon ticket creation. So far I couldn't make it work. Could any of you help me out, pls? So my new incidents are getting assigned to a support team successfully. All I need is an automatic assignment of Service Profile and Response Profile, based on the Support Team.

    Hi Adam,

    this is not supported by SAP ...........long time back when I have checked and below is the thread

    and use crm_sladet_badiĀ  implementation as per your requirement with BADI in the access sequence instead of org unit.
