I have a requirement to distribute a certain cost centre to material level by using the assesment cycle. I have added in the material characteristic into the cycle recievers. Normally any other posting in SAP on the material level will use a derivation rule to assign the Product Hierachy and other material master data. When i run it through the cycle, it posts to the material but doesnt run through the derivation rules at all.
Is there a way of using the cycle to post to a material and have it use the derivation rules to pick up the material master data?
