Time series not loading via Demand Planning Add-In for Microsoft Excel.

Hi All,

We are doing the implementation of Demand Planning Add-In for Microsoft Excel for one of the client.

While creating new report , we are able to load the characteristics and keyfigure in the spreadsheet from the APO Planning book , but somehow , we are not able to load the time series corresponding to the characteristics and keyfigures when we refresh the data.]

Below are the screenshots of the new report options.

If anyone of you has some relevant project specific configuration PPT/Document , it would be very helpful.

Hi Mojo,

I do not see anything wrong looking at screenshot shared by you.  I suggest try accessing the keyfigure data for the same selection using APO DP Planning Book.  May be you really do not have any data for the keyfigure at that CVC level.
