LSWM Loaded Course Catalogue

Hi Team,

I have recently uploaded a Course Catalogue (Course Groups and Course Types) using LSMW. However, when I try to schedule courses and book attendees, I get error messages that either attendees cannot be booked, or they are not available. This error does not occur for manually created Course Types. The error goes when Time integration switch is off, buy this is not what I want to do.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jabu,

The error is generic and It depends on lot of factors. First, are you using screens ( PP01 / PP02 etc ) or manual creation steps of course groups ( PVL0 ) and courses ( PVD0 ) / LSO_PSV2 for your LSMW ?

Second, perform SQL trace for creating your data using LSMW and manual creation. Then you can understand what tables are not updated if any.

Finally, you need to compare data recorded in the tables you get in step 2.

Hi Jabulani,

Try uploading the LSMW source file with input for one single instance, run the LSMW in foreground, you will come to know if there's any issue with the recording (some field which might not have input in the LSMW source file).

Try creating the recording again and run the LSMW.
