Hi Expert

I have one doubt related to text mandatory, I am doing this config from SPRO but it's not working so my question is Do I need to do development to make some text like description text mandatory while confirming the incidents.

Did you also maintain the subnode "Mandatory Text IDs" ?

The result in the incident should be like this if "Solution" isn't filled in, in the text block and you want to go to status E0005:

Yes, I did entry for TEXT ID as well.

Have you activated the BADI AI_CRM_IM_CHECK_STATUS_CHANGE as per below note.

1817423 - How to configure "Specify Status-Dependent Required Fields" in Solution Manager 7.1

Please do check the limitation mentioned in the note or workaround to check it.
