Error SAP BO CLOUD 'EdmSimpleTypeException' occurred. SUCCESSFACTORS

Hi guys,

I hope you can help me with this problem.

I connect BO Cloud with Success Factors, the connection works fine.

When I create a model it's necessary to create the query, but when I select the dimensions and the mesueres and select import, the BO Cloud the import crashes.

It shows this message:

How can I solve this problem?

Just reading the error message - I know BusinessObjects Cloud does not like nulls in data - is it possible you have null values in your SuccessFactors data?

Reading this SAP note https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/public/en/2370761 can you also click n Chrome (click F12 key or CTRL + SHIFT + I) developer tools, and then share more details of the error?
