Hi Everyone
Does anyone have idea on integration of CHaRM and Remedy tool?
I am aware of service desk and BMC Remedy tool integration but not sure for CHaRM.
Any thoughts?

Hi Neha,
it is possible and you can get to use adapter available for this
ARSLink for SolutionManager - Mansystems
this is also possible with development of web services for changes according to your need but choice is upto your real requirement and whether it can be met with existing adapter or custom solution has to be built

Remedy mainly provides the Service desk or ITSM suite, I dont think they had developed the interface APIs for the CHARM.
